YaraVera AMIDAS (40% N + 14% SO₃) is a granular urea-based fertilizer enriched with sulfur, delivering higher yield results compared to urea alone. It is suitable for use in oilseed crops, arable crops, and pastures.

YaraVera AMIDAS is formulated to supply Nitrogen and Sulfur for a wide range of arable crops and grasslands. Its 7:1 (N:S) ratio is ideal for oilseed crops such as rapeseed and other brassica family crops. By combining urea with sulfur in sulfate form, sulfur uptake by plant roots is enhanced.

Immediate and long-term growth response

With 5% ammoniacal nitrogen and 35% ureic nitrogen, your crop benefits in two ways:

– Immediate growth response from ammoniacal nitrogen.

– Long-term nitrogen availability from ureic nitrogen, sustaining growth throughout the season.

Optimized sulfate availability

With reduced industrial air pollution, soil sulfur levels have significantly declined. Sulfur deficiency is now widespread in many soils.

YaraVera AMIDAS supplies plant-available sulfur in sulfate form, improving crop quality and increasing yield.

Sulfur deficiency in plants causes slow growth and pale green leaves. Sulfur is essential for basic plant functions – it is required for plant amino acids, the building blocks of proteins.

Reduced volatilization

By adding sulfur in Amidas, nitrogen uptake becomes more efficient. Urea alone increases soil pH, causing significant nitrogen losses after application.

Sulfur counteracts this by lowering soil pH and reducing nitrogen losses long enough for crops to benefit from this nutrient.
